The person<br \/>booking and staying should be above 21 years of age , kids upto 12 years to be accompanied by parents.<br \/>All facilities to be used only between check in and check out timings as per reservations.<br \/>Kids of age below 8 will be free. Children above 8 years will be considered as an extra<br \/>person and charges applicable.<br \/>All children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian, as The Shambhu Lodge is not responsible for any<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>damages , losses , injuries and accidents at all areas of the Hotel.<br \/>Check-in time 11 am &amp; check-out time 12:00 pm the following day . Additionally chargeable late<br \/>check-out option available upon request for room guests.<br \/>Declaration Form and Registration Form to be signed prior check in. Balance amount to be paid prior<br \/>check-in.<\/p>\n<p>Unmarried couples are allowed.<br \/>Outside food &amp; beverages not allowed inside the premises.<br \/>Alcohol &amp; Drugs or any other illegal activities strictly not permitted inside the premises.<br \/>Guests are allowed to smoke only in designated areas. Guest found smoking in the rooms are liable to a<br \/>minimum fine of Rs.5000 or the damage caused whichever is higher.<br \/>Any breakages \/ lost items related to the Hotel\u00a0caused by guest occupants<br \/>during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-<br \/>out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote.<br \/>The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft,<br \/>fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the Hotel\u00a0.<br \/>Request you to please use the lockers if needed, as The Shambhu Lodge is not responsible for any loss of<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>valuables, accidents, or injuries.<br \/>We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the<br \/>designated trash bins, including cigarette butts. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.<br \/>Outside food and beverages are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to evict\/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights,<br \/>under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the Hotel\u00a0.<br \/>Storing of Hazardous goods in the room or Hotel\u00a0property is strictly prohibited.<br \/>Outdoors are monitored\/recorded by CCTV cameras for security reasons.<br \/>Photographs shot by our in-house photographer in the public areas , customers reviews may be shared<br \/>on social media or website.
